These standards define which real-estate partners and property sources Colombia Bound may present to the public.
Colombia Bound works with legally constituted real-estate companies, developers, and authorized inventory providers. We do not onboard unaffiliated independent brokers as direct inventory partners.
Property inventory must have a documented and traceable source and appropriate authorization for publication. Availability must be synchronized or reconfirmed, and inactive inventory must be removed.
Colombia Bound maintains the identity and attribution of the responsible real-estate company. We do not represent Colombia Bound as the brokerage responsible for partner inventory.
Existing inventory is periodically reviewed as Colombia Bound expands its network of verified companies and technology integrations. A prior publication does not guarantee continued eligibility.
Colombia Bound qualifies buyer inquiries and routes them to the appropriate partner. Transaction documentation, property diligence, contracts, and regulated real-estate services remain the responsibility of the participating company and the parties to the transaction.
An application starts a review. It does not authorize automatic inventory publication or create a brokerage relationship with Colombia Bound.
