Gorgeous house fully restored with a pool and terrace with jacuzzi in the heart of the historic center of Santa Marta.

This house is located on the street of boutique hotels in Santa Marta. It has two floors distributed as follows: on the first floor, there is an impressive entrance to an open living room, a separate dining room, and a very modern kitchen, all with natural light and ventilation.

Around the central patio of the house, we find the bedrooms; these are spacious and all have private bathrooms and access to the patio.

Then we have a television room that leads to the entire social area of the house, which has a pool and stairs that provide access to the second floor where we find a terrace with a sword, an auxiliary dining area with barbecue, and a jacuzzi, all with a beautiful view of the dome of the Santa Marta cathedral and the foothills of the Sierra Nevada.
