The route
The destination matters more than the airport distance
El Dorado sits in Fontibón on the western side of Bogotá. A trip to Salitre, Modelia, or the convention district can be relatively direct, while an eastern-hills or northern address crosses more of the city. Rain, peak periods, road works, events, and the exact building entrance can all change the handoff. We quote the named destination, not a generic Bogotá center.
If the address is in Chía, Cajicá, Cota, Soacha, or another Sabana municipality, state that explicitly. Those are intermunicipal movements with different time, route, toll, and vehicle assumptions. A listing marketed as greater Bogotá does not prove that a city transfer applies.
