Neighborhood sale and rent asking prices based on a sample of public residential advertisements. Counts are active observations, not unique properties or closed sales.
The sample combines publicly advertised residential asking prices, removes likely duplicates, and publishes a median only after a group clears the statistical floor. These are asking prices, not completed transactions.
We analyze a sample of publicly advertised residential asking prices, supplemented by Colombia Bound field research. We retain the observation date and DIVIPOLA municipality, reject implausible prices or areas, and remove likely duplicates by neighborhood, operation, price, and area. We publish anonymous aggregates, never individual third-party listings. Medians describe asking prices—not appraisals, registered deeds, or completed transactions.
